Frequently Asked Questions
Fulfillment
All orders will be filled in order they come in. We will do our best to have orders processed and shipped within 48hrs. Orders placed on weekends, and holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Confirming Your Order
As soon as your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation please email orders@educatedbeards.com with your full name, phone number and items in your order.
Shipping
Orders typically arrive within 3-6 business days. We currently ship with UPS. This provides you with a tracking number and ETA for when your package will arrive.
Free shipping $40+ or flat $12 on anything under $40.
Damaged / Lost / Missing Item
We do our best to carefully pack & track each order to ease your mind and make sure your parcel makes it to you safe and sound. If a mishap was to occur please send pictures and descriptions within 24 hours of receiving the package to orders@educatedbeards.com.
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
You have 10 business days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for return the item must be “unused” (minimum use) and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in original packaging.
Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within 5 business days on the status of your return.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card ( or original method of payment). You will receive credit within a few days depending on your card’s issuer policy.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying of your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cruelty-Free
Educated Beards is proud to not test any ingredients or products on animals.
Transparency
We select ingredients not only for its purpose and benefit to your skin, hair, health, but also with care for the planet using ingredients that are sustainable.
Educated Beards Inc. reliably uses organic and natural ingredients only. We do not use chemical or unnatural ingredients as stabilizers. For this reason our products may have slight variations in colour, texture, and scent, depending on the various environmental conditions from which we source our ingredients. Rest assured, each batch is produced with the utmost quality and care, so that you receive nothing but the best.
Sustainability
Educated Beards Inc. is committed to our environmental responsibility. Our products are made with only organic ingredients that are sustainably resourced, and unrefined. We believe in collaborating with fair trade companies, so that everyone involved in the making of our products are fairly compensated. We use locally sourced ingredients when possible, as well use local vendors for merchandise and packaging. We are committed to reducing our output of non-recycled plastics, as we evolve everyday.
