Brendan Demers

Brendan is a Correctional Officer and Highland Game Athlete. He enjoys working out and advancing his physical abilities where he’s had past experience with personal training and nutritional planning. In 2013 he won Mr. Junior Canada at the Canadian Bodybuilding Federation Nationals. He also has a Goldendoodle named Gus who resembles him and his girlfriend. He also likes to travel and gain new experiences.
